That experience, combined with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and an NSCA-CPT certification, means every session is grounded in both lived athletic reality and sports science.

LA's approach is direct: train with intent, trust the process, and never settle for average. Whether the goal is speed on the pitch, size in the gym, or simply moving and feeling better, the programming is purposeful — built around strength, movement quality, recovery, and the small details that separate good results from great ones.
