The Coach
This isn't just
a gym.
I'm Braedon — founder of Athletics & Aesthetics Personal Training. I built this company because I believe the right coach changes everything. Not just how you train, but how you carry yourself, how you approach hard things, and how you see what's possible.
My job is to build the systems, set the standards, and make sure every coach on this team delivers at the highest level. That means real accountability, real programming, and real results — for you.
When you work with me or anyone on this team, you're not getting a generic plan. You're getting structure built around your body, your goals, and your life.
Outside of coaching, I compete in hybrid endurance events. In 2025, I raced the Miami Beach HYROX — one of the most demanding hybrid fitness competitions in the world. The HYROX format combines 8km of running with 8 functional fitness stations including ski ergs, sled pushes, wall balls, and burpee broad jumps. Preparing for it required months of periodized run training, targeted strength work, and the kind of discipline I try to build into every program I write. That race taught me a lot about what the body is actually capable of when the programming is right.
